By posting anything to PutCut, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any content you provide to PutCut.
If you delete any content, you agree that it may stay in our backups permanently but will be removed from public view. Additionally, any content you share with the public cannot be guaranteed to be deleted and may stay in application cache for an indeterminate amount of time.
We reserve the right to implement any feedback or suggestions you provide us without any form of compensation to you.
You will not use any PutCut marks, including the PutCut logo and the PutCut “P”, except when expressly permitted by us.
You will not mislead people into believing you are connected to, or that you or your product is in any way endorsed by PutCut.
You will not infringe on PutCut’s copyright, including the copyright on content and trademarks.
You agree not to access PutCut in any automated way and/or harvest or collect user data except with written permission from PutCut.
You will not post unauthorized commercial communications or spam either as comments or posts, or otherwise use PutCut for your personal commerical or financial gain.
You will not engage in unlawful activity using or on PutCut or any other associated properties.
You agree not to post or link to any malicious code or viruses on PutCut.
You will not bully, intimidate or harass any user.
You will not post or link to any content that is illegal, hate speech, threatening, offensive, indecent, pornographic, contains nudity, incites violence or contains gratuitous violence.
You will not do anything that could impair the proper functionality, either temporarily or permanently, of PutCut or associated serivces.
You agree not to encourage violation of any laws or these Terms.
You agree not to create more than one personal account.
If PutCut management bans your account, you will not create another one.
You will not use PutCut if you are under the age of 13.
If you select a name or username that infringes on any trademarks, we reserve the right to reclaim the username at our discretion.
You will not post any content that infringes on anyone’s intellectual property rights.
PutCut reserves the right to remove any content without providing explanations, at our discretion.
You agree not to tag users without their consent.
You will not modify, create derivative works of, decompile or otherwise obtain source code of PutCut or associated services unless you are expressly permitted either with an open source license or written permission from us.
We reserve the right to make changes to these terms without giving any prior notice or allowing time for comments and suggestions.
Your continued use of PutCut, following the changes to our terms, signifies your acceptance of the Terms.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT PUTCUT WILL ALWAYS BE SAFE, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE OR THAT PUTCUT WILL ALWAYS FUNCTION WITHOUT DISRUPTIONS, DELAYS OR IMPERFECTIONS. PUTCUT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS, CONTENT, INFORMATION, OR DATA OF THIRD PARTIES.
